Series Objectives
1. Evaluate how manufacturing, handling, and delivery variables influence MSC therapeutic mechanisms and clinical outcomes.
2. Discuss emerging evidence on MSCs and extracellular vesicles in clinical indications.
3. Compare mechanisms, clinical applications, and limitations of TILs and BITEs in cancer immunotherapy.
4. Assess current challenges and innovations in CAR T-cell therapy for lymphoma and autoimmune diseases such as lupus.
5. Describe novel strategies for decoding and reprogramming T cells in vivo.
6. Examine the development and clinical implications of off-the-shelf (allogeneic and in vivo–generated) CAR T-cell platforms.
7. Integrate translational research findings into clinical decision-making for patients receiving cellular therapies.
