Conference Objectives: 

1. Analyze current CIBMTR and clinical trial data to inform evidence-based use of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with hematologic malignancies.

2. Apply donor selection and HLA typing principles to clinical decision-making in allogeneic transplantation.

3. Evaluate current evidence supporting the use of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the management of lymphoma and multiple myeloma.

4. Identify and manage infectious and treatment-related complications associated with CAR-T cell therapy.

5. Assess barriers to patient access to CAR-T cell therapy and identify strategies to improve equitable delivery of care.

6. Integrate multidisciplinary supportive care and survivorship considerations into the longitudinal management of patients receiving transplant and cellular therapies.
