The University of Kansas Radiation Oncology Symposium is designed by disease site experts in radiation oncology with a goal of meeting the educational needs of community-based radiation therapy providers. Meeting content will emphasize best practices in the treatment of common cancers seen by practicing community radiation oncologists, emerging and novel uses of radiation therapy, and technical aspects of safe administration of advanced radiation techniques. Various formats will be utilized, including presentations by nationally recognized disease site experts, case-based discussions and questions and answer sessions.
