The University of Kansas Medical Center Genomics Corehas installed the Mission Bio single-cell Tapestri system. Tapestri enables high-throughput single-cell DNA analysis of SNP, CNV and indel variants using pre-configured or custom amplicon panels which can be paired with cell surface protein analysis in parallel.

This webinar will include a brief tech overview from a Mission Bio technical application specialist, Dr. Julia Gouffon. The tech overview will be followed by a research presentation from Dr. Linde Miles, Marie-Josée Kravis Women in Science Endeavour (WiSE) postdoctoral fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in the lab of Dr. Ross Levine. Linde will discuss how the Tapestri platform was used to study the clonal evolution in AML and the impact of mutation order in leukemogenesis.
