Come support our community with your family and friends at the 9th Annual Outpacing Melanoma 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, May 31st, at 8 a.m. in the prestigious setting of Corporate Woods Office Park.

Our 5K course is USATF certified and custom medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each age division. Plaques are given to the Overall male and female and Overall Masters male and female.

The Kid Trot is for children ages 10 and under and each participant receives a ribbon, goody bag and t-shirt.

Participants are invited to enjoy post race refreshments while survivor speakers shed light and hope on melanoma (the deadliest form of skin cancer). Strollers and dogs (on a leash) are welcome too!

Outpacing Melanoma Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to funding research for and increasing awareness of melanoma by promoting prevention, screening and early detection throughout the Kansas City region.
